Caracol: Motherhood & Wellness
Sunday July 26, Sakala, 11am-1pm
Caracol is a community-oriented circle for mothers to come together, slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy the magic that is formed when mothers sit together in the sacredness of a shared circle. Through education & knowledge sharing, experiential experiences, reflection, and embodied practices, we will nurture wellness, belonging, and honor the gift of motherhood.

Join us in-person for an intimate and heartfelt gathering where we explore and tend to the stories of motherhood.
It is with soooo much joy that we kick-off Caracol Circle this July! One of the most beautiful blessings in my life has been motherhood. The waves that bring me up into the totality of joy and the waves that bring me into the depths of letting go – what a journey! What magic it IS BEING A MAMA. I have a lot of hope of what Caracol can transform into, but more than anything I am excited to put into motion a space that I myself have been searching and yearning for…far too long. In these circles, I will use my background as a psychologist to offer education & practices, and blend that with wellness oriented experiences that help us feel good, full, and alive. I love mother’s groups, and this is my expansion of the therapy room into more community-oriented holistic spaces.
For July, our theme is ~ Self-Concept.
Motherhood expands us deeply, in ways that can spark curiosity, but at times feel confusing. July’s Caracol gathering is an invitation to gently explore our relationship with ourselves, and who we are becoming through the journey of motherhood. Together, we will reflect on the stories we carry about ourselves and the pieces of us we are intentionally tending to. We will consider what it means to mother ourselves with the same tenderness we offer our children and explore what we might need to release or reclaim to feel more whole.
Our gathering will include herbal tea, reflective partner conversations, symbolic work with flowers, mirror affirmations, and a nourishing yin yoga practice to help us integrate what emerges. Like the spiral of the caracol, self-discovery is an evolving process. We return to ourselves again and again, with new wisdom, deeper understanding, and a greater capacity to honor the richness of this human experience.
Please note: This is a spiritually-oriented community & wellness circle and not a clinical therapy group.
