As the warmth of summer rises around us, we turn inward to explore the warmth that lives within us. The sacral space is where we experience creativity, movement, emotions, pleasure, connection, and the energy that inspires us to bring our dreams into the world.
This gathering is an invitation to reconnect with your body, honor your energy, and explore what it means to nurture your own inner fire.
Together, we will create space to reflect on:

Through gentle movement, somatic exploration, breath, sound, a channeled meditative state, and community connection, we will cultivate awareness of the energy that moves through us, honoring the ways in which we tend our fire with intention, balance, and love.

About your Facilitators
Dra. Maria is a psychologist & wellness practitioner, a psychic, medium, and channeler. She weaves her background in trauma-informed practices, ancestral connection and wisdom, and spiritual essence into spaces that invite grounding, renewal, and action. Her work centers embodiment, ritual, and honoring the inner compass within us all, inviting people to reconnect with themselves, the earth, and the unseen threads. Sarai is a certified yoga teacher and sound practitioner whose work is rooted in inner remembrance and collective awakening. Through intentional movement, reflective facilitation, and sound, she creates spacious portals for spiritual connection, resonance, and alignment. Her offerings honor the threads that connect the collective, and the healing that unfolds when we return to ourselves.
Sarai & Maria met at a Women's Clay and Music retreat, where their souls connected in a dance between light and creation. They co-create spaces that are heart-and-spirit led, gentle, and transformative.
